This is driving me insane! What is the movie where the girls are driving and......?

the girl driving sees her dads car parked at a motel with the other
girls moms car and she wrecks.. and one of them dies. Theres also a
scene where one of them is giving a speach and the mean one spikes her
coffe with ecstasy? I know this is super vague but its a lifetime
movie i THINK and its teenage girls in like.. california or something.
