How do I tell the group Iam singing with I would like to do it on my own.?

I have been singing with this group of ladies for about 10 years, we
sing at churches, parks, retirement homes. I started out on my own and
feel like this is where god wants me. I just don't know how to tell
them that I would like to do this now. Any advise would be great
