Foreign privileges for 'The Raid' become unattainable

Celluloid Bad dreams has offered out foreign privileges to Gareth Evans' Indonesian actioner ''The Raid'' in the Toronto Intl. Film Festival.''The Raid'' tested about the opening in the Night time Madness section. Nate Bolotin of Celluloid Bad dreams and Abc Films told Variety the showing assisted result in sales in Italia, Portugal, Belgium, Hong Kong, Latin America, Benelux and Scandinavia.''We produced lots of excitement due to how unique the film is,'' he added.The new sony Pictures Worldwide Purchases acquired U.S. privileges from Celluloid Bad dreams throughout the Cannes Film Festival. Pic seemed to be offered at Cannes to Canada, the U.K., Australia, France, Germany and Japan.Evans, who lives in Jakarta, authored and directed the project, which happens inside a hideout for that world's most harmful murders having a SWAT team held in a tenement.
